Account deletion
You may stop using our Service, by contacting Music42.com at music42contact@gmail.com, and requesting account deletion. All provisions of this agreement survive termination of an account, including our rights regarding any content you’ve already submitted to the Site. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Music42.com’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim arising out of or related to the Services must commence within three (3) months after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred. |
